Overview
The goal with this project was to increase web sales of the Eastwood Service Plan (ESP): additional protection on top of product warranties. I designed the interstitial in XD with logic to launch once a user adds a product with an ESP plan. This pop-up also brings more awareness to the optional coverage. The 2-year option is selected by default, which has proven to be very effective. I managed the A/B test with this project which included tracking and reporting on results. There was a significant lift in ESP sales on the web, particularly 2-year plans, making this a successful test.
